Jackie makes and mixes her own glazes and uses combinations of glazes to produce unique organic colours:

  • dark blue splashed with sky blue,
  • dark reddish brown (Rosies) overlapping dark blue
  • terra cotta brown/cream (Faux Schino) drizzled with turquoise
  • brown/ green(Varigated) and blue highlights white splashed with blues or greens

These colours enhance food the pottery is designed to contain and will compliment any colour scheme Recently she has been working on a pallet of greens, a burgundy red and a vanilla glaze on speckled clay which she will combine with existing glazes.

Jackie’s Stoneware pottery is food safe and can be put in the dishwasher and oven – if appropriate – with care.
